5 TOP TIPS FOR FEEDING BABY WHEN OUT AND ABOUT

1.) Prep Baby’s Foods
Some easy on-the-go options I like include:
• Steamed broccoli, other steamed vegetables, purées and mashes
• Mini Sandwiches or muffins
• Pesto pasta
2.) Make snacks for older kids too such as:
• Energy balls
And take extra food with you just in case!
• Mini muffins
• Mini Sandwiches
• Flapjacks
• Finger foods for babies
3.) Consider storage containers and use a cool bag
I love isothermal pots to keep food hot or cold & always pack ice packs too.
4.) Pack accessories
• Re-usable wipes
• Spoon or forks
• Toys
5.) Pack a drink AND don’t forget food for you!!
