APRICOT, APPLE & PEACH PURÉE – My Little Food Critic

This delicious and warming purée is bursting with autumnal flavour. Apricots are a great addition to this purée as they contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C and iron.
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add all of the ingredients to the Babycook® steaming basket and fill the water reservoir to level 2 (Babycook Solo Express 90ml on Express Cooking Mode / 110ml on Standard Cooking Mode) and steam.
Once steamed, carefully open the lid and remove the steaming basket.
Tip the contents of the steaming basket into the Babycook® blending bowl.
Blitz to purée to your babies preferred texture.
Serve and enjoy!
This puree can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
