BEEF & STILTON MINI PIES
Small yet packed with flavour, these mini pies are perfect for kids and adults alike and are also ideal as a starter or party food.

MAKES 6 x 90ml portions/ PREPARE 15 mins / COOK 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS
300g lean beef chopped into small pieces
1 diced red onion
100g of thick beef stock or gravy
1tsp of Worcester sauce
10g tomato puree
20g stilton, crumbled
1tsp whole grain mustard
Ready rolled shortcrust pastry
1 egg for glazing
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Place the beef and onion in your Babycook® steaming basket and steam (level 3 for Original, Solo, Duo and Neo), (Solo Express; Eco Mode 170ml).
Cut out 6 pastry circles from your ready rolled pastry.
Place beef stock, Worcester sauce, tomato puree, stilton and mustard in your Babycook® mixing bowl and blend. Remember to use your Babycook® splash lid.
Spoon the cooked beef and onion into your pre-greased Béaba Multiportions.
Pour the gravy mix over the beef and onion in your Multiportions.
Gently place a pastry circle on the top of each of your Multiportion sections and glaze each one with beaten egg.
Pop into the oven 25 minutes.
