Our Multiportions are most commonly used for freezing purées, but did you know that you can also bake in them?

 

INGREDIENTS

240g (2 CupS) of Flour

135g (3/4 Cup) of Coconut Sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2  eggs
250ml milk of choice
108g (1/2 cup) coconut oil melted
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
152g (1 cup) strawberries chopped
56g (1/3 cup) blueberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the chicken in the steamer basket.

Pour water into the tank (level 3).

Start the cooking process.

When the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and set aside.

Put the broccoli, potatoes, leeks and plum tomato in the steamer basket.

Pour water into the tank (level 3).

Start the cooking process.

When the vegetables are cooked, put them in the blending bowl with the cooked chicken, reserving the cooking liquid.

Add some of the cooking liquid, olive oil and salt (if desired) to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
