CARROT HONEY GINGER PUREE

Meet the ultimate puree to boost those vitamin C levels! This Carrot Honey Ginger Puree is both soothing, healthy and tasty for your little one. A must-make during winter time. Please note that it’s important to wait until after 12 months of age to include honey in your baby’s diet!

INGREDIENTS

2 large carrots
1 pinch ground ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 drizzle olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and chop the carrots.

Pour water into your Babycook® water tank (level 3 for Original, Solo, Duo and Neo), (Solo Express; Eco Mode 140ml).

Place the carrots into the Babycook® steam basket, with the ginger on top and steam.

Once cooked, place the carrots and ginger into the Babycook® mixing bowl.

Add in the honey and olive oil and blend slightly, leaving a thicker consistency.
