CAULIFLOWER HAKE DAUPHINOISE
SUITABLE FROM 13-24 MONTHS
INGREDIENTS
150g cauliflower florets
60g potato peeled and chopped
30g hake
1 cm ginger peeled and diced finely
1 tsp single cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the cauliflower, potato, hake and ginger into the Béaba Babycook® steamer basket.
Pour water into the tank (level 3).
Start the cooking process.
When the cauliflower, potato, hake and ginger, put them in the Béaba Babycook® blending bowl and set aside the cooking liquid.
Blend, adding the cream and some of the cooking liquid to bring to the desired consistency
