CHOCOLATE & COCONUT ‘NICE’ CREAM
SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS
2 tins of coconut milk
65g cocoa powder
250g pitted dates, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Honey to taste
Add the dates to your Babycook® blending bowl and pulse-blend until a fine consistency is reached.
Pour the coconut milk into the blending bowl.
Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, and optional honey to the blending bowl. Pulse-blend until smooth.
Pour into Multiportions containers and freeze for approximately an hour and a half, or until frozen (but not frozen solid).
Before serving, add desired amount of nice cream back into the blending bowl and pulse-blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
