A simple sweet treat for all the family.
200g of grated coconut
1tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of grated ginger for spice (optional)
Mix the bananas in your Babycook® or blender to obtain a paste.
Add the lemon juice and optional ginger and mix.
Fold the grated coconut into the mixture with a spoon.
Form small balls and place them on the racks.
Dehydrate for 4 to 6 hours at 45°C depending on the desired texture
