COD, ASPARAGUS & POTATO PURÉE
This hearty purée is a perfect first introduction to cod; a healthy white fish filled with vitamin B12 and iodine. These are essential nutrients for brain development and immune system support. It’s a win-win!

1/2 tbsp olive oil
145 grams asparagus
55 grams potato
30 grams cod
Peel and wash the asparagus and then trim the ends. Cut them into 3cm pieces.
Peel, wash and cut the potato into small 1cm cubes.
Ensure the cod does not contain any bones and cut into small pieces.
Place the cod, asparagus and potato into your Babycook® steaming basket and steam (level 3 for Original, Solo, Duo and Neo), (Solo Express; Eco Mode 140ml).
Save the cooking juices.
Transfer the contents of the steaming basket into your Babycook® mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil and blend. Add cooking juices to achieve desired texture.
