We are going ‘MUSHY’ over this gorgeous mushroom purée cooked in the Beaba Babycook! This vegetarian recipe is inspired by Asian flavour, and thanks to the edamame beans it is packed-full of protein – perfect for a growing baby! Vegan friendly and great for lunch, dinner or as a healthy, wholesome snack.

Adjust blending time to give coarser texture for older Babies

INGREDIENTS

25g (1/2 Cup) of Carrots

150g (1 Cup) of Edamame Beans shelled

75g (1 Cup) of Mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the carrots, mushrooms and edamame in the steamer basket.

Pour water into the tank (level 2).

Start the cooking process.

Shell the edamame if you have not done so already.

Transfer all ingredients to the blending bowl and pulse to puree.

Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
