GREEK YOGHURT & HERBS

2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 sprig chives chopped
1 sprig parsley chopped
1 sprig tarragon chopped
1/4 shallot minced
1 drizzle walnut oil
Bread (for toasting)
Put the herbs and shallot in the Beaba Babycook blending bowl.
Pulse-blend once or twice, so that herbs are fine but not the consistency of pulp.
Add the Greek yoghurt and pulse-blend once.
Pour the mixture into a small bowl.
Serve on toast.
