HALIBUT, LEEK & BROCCOLI PURÉE

SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS

INGREDIENTS

45g cup leeks chopped
70g broccoli florets
200g halibut cubed
1 sprig of thyme
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the leeks, broccoli, halibut and thyme in the Béaba Babycook® steamer basket and sprinkle dill over top.
Pour water into the tank (level 3).
Start the cooking process.
When the fish and vegetables are cooked, put them in the Béaba Babycook® blending bowl and set aside the cooking liquid.
Blend, adding the olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring to the desired consistency.
