INGREDIENTS

90g brussels sprouts chopped

175g ham cubed

40g onion chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the Brussels sprouts, ham and onion into the Béaba Babycook® steamer basket.

Pour water into the tank (level 3).

Start the cooking process.

When the Brussels sprouts, ham and onion are cooked, pour them into the Béaba Babycook® blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.

Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
