HEALTHY TZATZIKI DIP

250g non-fat Greek yoghurt
1 small cucumber (or 1/2 of a large cucumber) peeled and seeded
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
sea salt and pepper to taste
Grate the cucumber over a clean, lint-free kitchen towel.
Once grated, gather the edges of the towel and squeeze any extra moisture out of the cucumbers over a sink.
Put the greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, chives and salt and pepper in the Beaba Babycook blending bowl.
Pulse to blend until combined.
Add in the cucumber, pulsing only until combined.
