INGREDIENTS
1 mango cubed
245 g yogurt (1 cup)
86 g chai seeds (1/2 cup)
1 dash cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS
Scoop flesh of 1 mango into the blending bowl and blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt and cardamom and blend again.
Scoop out the yogurt mango mixture into a bowl or container and mix in the chia seeds.
Leave in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
