MANGO, PINEAPPLE & ORANGE LOLLIES – My Little Food Critic

MAKES 6 LOLLIES / PREPARE 5 MINS / COOK 5 HOURS
These lollies are bursting with tropical flavour and vitamins and minerals. They are so quick and easy to make – just whizz everything together in your Babycook® Neo and pop them into the multiportion to set.
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 mango, peeled and sliced
A squeeze of lemon juice
1 can full-fat tinned coconut milk or 1 cup/240ml milk of choice
1. Add all the ingredients to the blending bowl of the Babycook® Neo and blend until creamy.
2. Pour the mixture evenly into the multiportion.
3. Pop a lolly stick into each section and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours, ideally overnight, until set.
Mangoes – are particularly high in vitamin C, which supports immunity and iron absorption.
Pineapple – are packed with vitamins and minerals and a good source of vitamin C.
