165g mango cubed
100g pineapple cubed
6 leaves mint chopped
27g starfruit sliced
Put the mango, pineapple and starfruit in the steamer basket.
Pour water into the tank (level 2).
Start the cooking process.
When the mango and pineapple are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
