PEACH, RASPBERRY & QUINOA – My Little Food Critic

This quick and easy puree is packed with fresh summery flavour. Quinoa brings protein and iron, peaches add plenty of vitamin c and raspberries are packed with antioxidants, making this a brilliant puree!
You can serve this as it is, add it to yoghurt or even add to some milk and serve it like a porridge.
1/2 cup/90g quinoa
1 peach, chopped
½ cup/60g raspberries
1. First add the quinoa and 1/2 cup/120ml water to the Beaba Babycook® Pasta/Rice cooker insert. Fill the water reservoir to water level 3 and steam cook.
2. Once steamed, transfer the cooked quinoa to the Beaba Babycook® blending bowl.
3. Add the chopped peach and raspberries and blitz to purée to your babies preferred texture.
4. This can be stored in the fridge for 3 days and frozen for up to 3 months.
