PORK & APPLE MINI PIES
These scrumptious mini pies are perfect for kids and adults alike and are also ideal as starter or party food.

MAKES 6 x 90ML MINI PIES/ PREPARE 15 MINS / COOK 25 MINS
100g of pork loin, chopped into small pieces
1/2 leek, thinly sliced
1 large apple, chopped
100g of thick chicken or pork stock or gravy
½ tbsp of chopped fresh sage
1 tbsp apple sauce
Ready rolled shortcrust pastry
1 egg for glazing
Preheat your oven to 185 °C (170 °C fan).
Place the pork, leek and apple in your Babycook® Steaming Basket and steam (level 3 for Original, Solo, Duo and Neo), (Solo Express; Eco Mode 170ml).
Cut out 6 pastry circles from your ready rolled pastry.
Place chicken/pork stock/gravy, apple sauce and sage into your Babycook® mixing bowl and blend. Remember to use your Babycook® splash lid.
Spoon the cooked pork, leek and apple into your pre-greased Béaba® Multiportions.
Pour some gravy mix over the pork, leek and apple in your Multiportions.
Gently place a pastry circle on the top of each of your Multiportion sections and glaze each one with beaten egg.
Pop into the oven for 25 minutes.
