RASPBERRY & COCONUT LOLLIES –My Little Food Critic

MAKES 6 LOLLIES / PREPARE 5  MINS  / FREEZE 5 HOURS

These Raspberry & Coconut lollies are so easy to make and naturally sweetened by the fruit, vanilla and coconut milk. They are refreshing and make a perfect snack for your little ones. Hemp hearts add protein and omega 3 fatty acids, making this a balanced snack option!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup/125g raspberries

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 can full-fat tinned coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all of the ingredients to the blending bowl of the Babycook® and blend until creamy.

Pour the mixture evenly into the Beaba multiportion.

Pop a lolly stick into each section and freeze for a minimum of  5 hours, ideally overnight, until set.
