SALMON & POTATO PUREE
SUITABLE FROM 4 – 6 MONTHS
Try introducing baby to this recipe, which adds dill for extra Vitamin A and C. A great, flavoursome purée packed full of goodness and flavour whilst also aiding in baby’s digestion and helps reduce wind from other foods. The perfect option to cook in your Beaba Babycook for a nutritious lunch or dinner.
Adjust blending time to give coarser texture for older Babies.
150g (1 Cup) of Sweet Potato
75g (1/2) Cup of Potato
65g of Salmon fillet
Pinch of Dill
1 TSP of Olive Oil
Put the potatoes and salmon in the steamer basket and sprinkle dill over top.
Pour into the tank (level 3).
Start the cooking process.
When the potatoes and salmon are cooked, put them in the blending bowl and set aside the cooking liquid.
Blend, adding the olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring to the desired consistency.
