PREPARE 15 MINS / DEHYDRATE 16 HOURS AT 50°C UNTIL DRY AND CRUNCHY
A great savoury, healthy snack that is delicious on it’s own or with a dip.
250g red onion
1 clove of garlic, chopped
50ml sunflower oil
500g ground flax seeds
450g sunflower seeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp of dried thyme
1 tbsp sea salt
Pour all the seeds into your Babycook® or blender. Mix it until you obtain a flour texture. Set aside in a separate bowl.
Put the rest of the ingredients in your Babycook® or blender and mix until you get a smooth puree.
Combine both seed flour and pureed mix together.
Place baking paper or a silicone mat onto the racks. Spread the preparation evenly to a thickness of 3 to 5 mm.
Dehydrate at 50°C for 16 hours, until dry and crunchy.
