Nichola Ludlam-Raine uses BÉABA ‘Your Baby’s First Food Cookbook’ to make this Spinach & Haddock dish (P 20) in her Babycook® Neo.
This recipe is packed with protein as well as vitamin C.
Suitable from 6 months of age and can be adapted fro babies 9 months and beyond. Simply drain the haddock once cooked, cut into 3mm square pieces and serve on top of the pureed spinach.

Ingredients for 2 Portions
1/4 Piece of Haddock (or Cod)
2 Handfulls of Fresh Spinach
2 Tsp of Olive Oil
To make this dish, all you’ll need to do is pop the spinach leaves and haddock into the steamer basket, fill the steamer reservoir to level 2 and press cook for 10 minutes.
When cooked, and if your baby is 6 to 9 months old, simply blend the spinach and fish to a thick puree, adding a little of the cooking liquid if needed.
