SWEET POTATO AND GINGER PURÉE

We’re firm believers that veggies combined with fruits can be a wonderful thing! This Sweet Potato, Mango and Ginger purée recipe is no exception- the ginger can be left out, but we added it to introduce baby to an exciting new flavour.
400g sweet potatoes cubed
250g mango cubed
1/2 – 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
115 – 230g coconut milk
Put the sweet potatoes, mango and ginger in the steamer basket.
Pour water into tank (level 3).
Start the cooking process.
When the sweet potatoes, mango and ginger are cooked, put them in the blending bowl.
Add the coconut milk to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
