SWEET POTATO HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS
1 can Cooked Chickpeas
80g Tahini
2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 clove Garlic, crushed
75ml Water
1 Medium, peeled sweet potato
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Ground cummin
Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the sweet potatoes in the Béaba Babycook steamer basket.
Pour water into the tank (level 3).
Start the cooking process.
When the sweet potatoes are cooked, put them in the blending bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until the consistency is smooth.
Omit salt or use very sparingly if you are feeding babies and young children.
Leftovers are great as sandwich fillers or snacks with fresh carrot sticks or pitta bread.
