INGREDIENTS
150g fromage frais
1 apple, peeled, cored and cubed
50g dry apricots
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the apricots and apple in your Beaba Babycook steamer basket.
Pour water into the tank (level 3).
Start the cooking process.
After cooked, put it in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
Add fromage frais.
Add some of the cooking liquid gradually to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
