INGREDIENTS
1 Sweet Potato (peeled & chopped)
1 handful of broccoli florets
1 tin of tuna (in spring water, drained)
1/2 ripe avocado or 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or olive oil
Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the sweet potato chunks and broccoli florets to your Béaba Babycook, fill the steamer reservoir to level 3 and leave to steam for 15 minutes.
Once cooked remove the sweet potato and add to a bowl – mash with a fork (don’t blend potato as it goes goo-ey!)
Discard the cooking water and add the broccoli, tuna, avocado or mayonnaise/olive oil to the Béaba glass bowl. Blend to combine.
Add the broccoli and tuna mix to your mashed potato, stir together and serve with black pepper!
