SUITABLE FROM 9-12 MONTHS

INGREDIENTS

10g lamb cubed
65g aubergine peeled and cubed
¼ onion chopped
15g pasta
Teaspoon olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the pasta in the Béaba Babycook® Pasta/Rice Cooker with 45ml of water.
Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start the cooking cycle.
When cooked, set the pasta to one side.
Place the lamb, aubergine and onion in the Béaba Babycook® steamer basket.
Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start the cooking cycle.
When cooked, pour them into the Béaba Babycook® blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
Add the pasta, olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
