SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS

PREPARE  30 MINS / DEHYDRATE MIN 5 HOURS AT 45°C

Make a lot of yoghurt from a little at a fraction of the cost…

INGREDIENTS

2 pints of pasteurised milk

½ cup of regular natural yoghurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the milk to sterilize it. Remove from the heat and let cool to 45°C.

When the milk has cooled, add the yoghurt. Mix.

Poor the preparation into containers and incubate it in the dehydrator for at least 5 hours at 45°C.

Suggestion: Add your own dehydrated fruit for older babies.
